Buying one album at a time isn’t ideal. I went with a monthly subscription on another app where the whole library is available.

Why is there bitterness about buying more than the one included single piece? This app is more generous than many; it appears the included music is fully functional regarding speed and length. I haven't explored in detail- I wasn't looking for a ballet app- but you may be able to import your music from Apple music? I say that I wish most of the albums were free because I am a ballet dancer it is very sad I would get them but they are like 10 or more dollars or is crazy. But other wise the songs are great when I want to practice at home. The app gives to music to dance to and to be honest I love ballet it is just my jam. Fun fact about me I have been doing ballet for 6 years

The flexibility in this app is brilliant. Yes, the music is a bit more expensive, but it is so worth it, because you can add measures and change speeds. I also like the way the music is organized. It makes it very easy to vary your classes, whether teaching or working out alone. Bravo!

I have used and loved this app for years. They’ve done an “upgrade “ and now it doesn’t work properly! Can’t be my phone; I have an iPhone 11pro.

So many of my colleagues have asked where I get my class music. I love that the students can hear music from famous ballets and great composers. Great selection, original compositions and definitely worth the price❤️ Grazie

The music is cool but there’s nothing of anything spectacular so I decided to delete those lessons called ballet class.

This app is amazing! After me dancing my feet were sore which is a good thing. You can pick how many beats you want! This app is now my life ❤️

You have to buy the albums!😖😞😫🙄 makes me angry!! But when you get the app it comes with 1 ALBUM! And doesn’t have a gun of music in the album! All the other albums are like $10 or more!!!!!!! If you want to buy a single song from a album it is usually $1 or 99 cents! It comes in handy a lot tho! It is free!!! It doesn’t take a long time to download! But takes a lot up space on your device!! My kids in my dance class love it as-well! They enjoy the fun music they have on the app! All though I have to buy a tun of albums for my class which cost me over $35 to get! Please lower the price $$$$$$ i would love it a whole bunch more if you can do that! THANKS 🙏

This app is Godsent to me. It gives me an ability to regulate speed and great music for my ballet. I also use it for speed walking

I love this app, but I am a little disappointed that it all costs money. Ballet teachers usually have low budgets, and I don’t have much to spare, but otherwise it is a great app!

I loved this app and it’s perfect for dance classes on the go and breaks from dance. You can also slow down or speed up the music for different difficulty levels! This would come in very easily for teachers.

I was hopeful that this app would be what I was looking for. It is easy to use but if the tempo of a song from my library is changed in either direction it sounds warped and terrible. Not worth the $$

I’ve imported several songs from iTunes specifically made for Ballet classes. The I’ve double checked my sound settings, and made sure the songs I’ve imported were appropriately licensed for use on the app as well. The time stamp shows the songs are “playing” but no matter what, nothing ever happens. I was super excited about this app but now only disappointed that I paid $6 for absolutely nothing.

Having to scroll through to find all 28 songs on an album is not acceptable. Needs a search feature to easily find and add full albums from iTunes.

I am a dance student and i love using this app to give my self ballet classes at home to practice, and I also love working on my teaching using this app. I love how you can change the tempos and lengths of the songs rather than having to find a song that is the speed or length you want. They also have great albums to buy in addition to the free one it comes with if you want. I love that there is ballet music from classical ballets because it is great for working on your artistry when you know the story of the piece, and it's really fun especially for the little girls. I hope they continue to update and add more music!!

Lots of great features, worth it even with additional cost: the ability to add your own music to adjust tempo. Built in features such as creating playlists just got better with Air Drop/email support. Easier to create playlists on my iPad, but I use an old iPhone as my iPod for classes.

Very disappointing-music difficult to import and disappeared from my file-have asked for refund. No response from their help email when reported issue.

Great app! Use it for all my classes.

First of all I purchased this app by recommendation from a fellow ballet colleague. The app sort of stayed untouched for over a year because the developers had only 2 choices in the album collection. As they started to add more albums like Nutcracker, La Bayadere, and Don Quixote the app became more interesting to me. As I started to use the app while teaching I was amazed at how versatile it was. I am able to teach very short combinations or teach lengthy enchainments for my more advanced dancers. The app allows you, the instructor, to chose speed along with length of bars of music and even lets you on some selections add a port de bras or cambre section to the end of your exercise as if you had a pianist in class. Another great feature for those of us who love to demonstrate but your music station is a bit further than where the barre is you can select from 5 to 10 seconds of delay to allow yourself to get there or let your dancers breath before they repeat the other side. As for things that I would like to see as an upgrade is letting us know if the track has a 4 count intro or a 2 count intro. I will continue purchasing the entire album vs single selections but some albums have tracks that are hard to use for teaching younger dancers. Overall I highly recommend this app!

I have my own ballet class everyday of the week we do ballet and jazz this works for ballet but we use people singing for jazz thanks so much for this app 😄😄😀😀😄😀😄

This app is the coolest ever! I love that you can save your favorites after you make them. I wish they could give you move songs the pick. When you make a song you gust save a number, name the song and save. I can't find a better ballet song app.👍😎😀

I am a dancer , and I have been looking for an app that has ballet music !! So this is perfect ! Love it! 10/10 !!:):)

This is the only app of its kind I've been able to find. I hate scrubbing through my music playlists trying to find sections I can use for ballet. I do wish there was a greater variety of music to buy but as it is, the songs available have all the proper music cues. The selection of ballet-suitable music, ability to choose the number of bars, and change music tempo alone is worth paying for this app. You can also make playlists. This is perfect for customizing your own warmup or home routine. Why are you even reading this? The free version comes with most of the music available anyway.

I use this for my own practice as well as in classes occasionally. I love that I can tailor the measures to the exercise, and there is a good range of musical options. Please make even more albums!

As someone who can't always make it to ballet, this app has given me life restored! The music is composed specifically for ballet class (hard to find on YouTube and not very easy to use once you do with rewinding and back and forth--trust me I tried it's terrible). I love this app so much. When I warm up backstage or something I can just plug my earphones into my phone and listen to this app. The music is perfect for any combination you make up! I absolutely love this app. I can have my own ballet class at home thanks to Ballet Class! I would give it 5 stars any day! My only problem is that every once in a while my app will crash every time I open it until I delete the app then re download it. Otherwise, it's so amazing!

For students who want to practice as hard as they do during class this app is vital! The ability to change the tempo of songs provided can help students and instructors alike!

The music fits in every combination I make! It's like a mind reader!

Fix this! It used to be my favorite teaching tool and now it doesn't open after doing the update on March 10! Useless now.

I love this app! It was a lifesaver for a pre pointe class that I was subbing and didn't have music for! I love the ability to speed it up or down, and add the extra bars to fit the exercise. Definitely recommending this to my other teacher friends! Keep up the great work!

**UPdate 3/5/14...Recently released update caused the app to crash every time I tried to open it. Had to reinstall app and now have lost my purchases. Very disappointed. Lowering my rating. As a dance studio owner, I'm so glad I found this app. I was missing my old-school Califone and the ability to speed up or slow down a track. But not anymore! It's also nice having the ability to adjust the number of bars or add a few seconds to get to the barre or center before the track starts. It's only drawbacks are that it needs more tracks/variety, and it crashes sometimes when you give it too many "instructions" too quickly which then messes with some of my other apps until I shut down/restart my ipad. It was definitely worth the price! It would be nice to be able to import iTunes files even though the number of bars couldn't be adjusted.

I've had this app for a few months now and all I can say is, "what a difference (for the better) it has made in the class room. Obviously nothing can replace a live accompanist, but this is definitely the next best thing. Keep it simple if you plan updates for quality of sound and other things you may be thinking up. It's so user friendly! To not be able to use this app is to say you forgot how to breathe. Cheers!
